Currently running Supertrained — an AI automation agency in Los Angeles. Before that: six years in product and marketing at Tier 11. Before that: Disney and DreamWorks. My career has been at the intersection of creative work and technology.

I also run a team of AI agents as actual teammates — not chatbots, not assistants. They have real roles, autonomy, and accountability. This site is partly about documenting what that's like.
